" If you call yourself a leader and you turn around and no one is following you, then you are just taking a nice little walk"

" I didn't even know I was lying there but I was lying there for 24 days "

Why I became an Expert on followership

How and why followmanship? This is a question that came to my mind this morning as I begin to exercise and get ready for another exciting relationship building day! Is followmanship an actually word? I just kept thinking to myself does anyone ever talk about it? I know I am filling this note up with a lot of questions and I have yet to tell you how I feel about about this subject. Well, my friend her you go,this is just as important as leadership if not more. John Maxwell has said before that " If you call yourself a leader and you turn around and no one is following you, then you are just taking a nice little walk" this simply means that you need followers to be a leader. How can I work on leadership without followers? I can't and neither can you or anyone else for that matter. It's like this sportsmanship has sports. Swordsmanship has swords. Leadership ha followers their is no other-way to be a leader without followers. So what does a good follower has to do to be a great follower? Here are five things that are very important to become a great follower and are need it to help increase great followmanship, but you and  I know these are just barely touching the surface of this unspoken subject.

1.  Actually follow  the leader step by step.
2. Build up your leader every change you get.
3. Become an resource to your leader, not and eye sore.
4. Teamwork every step of the way,tag your it is the name of the game!
5. Increase your leader's bank account become a customer

Followmanship is Just As Important as Leadership!

Utilizing these simply five steps will turn a good follower to great follower and will teach you want it takes to be a great leader by practicing great followership while you are in "the procession of your process  to produce your profits!"

As always Thank You for your time and "be great not just good in all you do for good is good but great is great!"
