Knowledge of the Mind.

Before I go into the subject of knowledge and the study of the mind I want to say that I am very please with the turn-out of the year thus far. Being new to the internet side of the marketing world I can honestly say that I love being able to connect with so many different people from around the globe it has been a blessings to see people via the web cam and to chat with like minded people.





After chatting with so many people and getting to know everyone with the up-most respect that I can offer them. I have found myself not only giving value to people but getting back twice as  much as I am giving out. The Knowledge of the mind is awesome and I understand that the mind is the greatest asset that we have so I know that investing it it will be the best advice anyone could give anyone with a mind. That's the subject and topic for today.

MLM and what it means.

Sure we hear it all the time. M L M. What does it mean? So many people have different definitions for it. I asked one of my friends named Michelle and she said: " MLM stands for Multi-Level Marketing. It could also stand for scam. An MLM is usually a work from home opportunity that requires you to sell a particular company's products or services, on a commission basis, and also to recruit others to sell the products. You can make money not only on what you sell, but also a percentage of what others under you sell. Many MLM opportunities are legit, such as Avon, Tupperware etc however many companies make promises that are simply too good to be true. Trust me, if you could be a millionaire working part-time in your pajamas, everybody would be doing it."

I was taken back by her response so I let her see what I have been apart of for the past  4 years. I took out a piece of paper and a ink pen . Then I took out a pencil. I drew a big circle in the middle of the page. I told her this represented my company. I took the pencil and draw 10 different circles around the big circle. I later told her that each circle represented about 5-10 thousand customers. I drawn 5 small circles that where suppose to been me and my fellow employees or co-workers this was meant for an example of what this corporate world I was in looked like. She didn't fully understand so I told her that M L M was people helping people become better people with better freedom.


She stopped me then , and said " okay here we go again" her husband weighted in on the conversation and said "There are a couple different things that MLM stands for. Some would say it stands for Many Losing Money, This is not what it really stands for, that's just what usually happens in MLM. It really stands for Multi Level Marketing which is a form of network marketing. Whether MLM is a legitimate form marketing or just gimmick can lead to a lot of heated debate." I said sure kinda like now, however these where close friends and I didn't mind the debate.

Winning isn’t everything; it’s the only thing? Really......

Everyone has to follow something or someone.

Well most of us leaders would disagree with that statement,not all of us but most will. Let me explain why I have came to that reason -that everyone has to follow something or someone. A few years back I was homeless and without any guidelines in my life I was a floater meaning, I was going about like a leaf in the wind.

I understand now what it means to have leadership and direction, I begun to focus on tomorrow and not yesterday. I  decided not to concern myself with negative actions from the past at all.  

"Winning isn’t everything; it’s the only thing" is a well-known quotation in the world today.. Its assertion about the importance of winning has been touted as a basic tenet of the Network Marketeers and most Network Marketeers live by the saying "Nothing is Perfect". These statements are true to the 95% that follow the same old rules of living in the past. 

Network Marketing has taken the rules of living to a new level of thinking and doing. 

"Winning isn’t everything; 

it’s the only thing they say." 

 I have begun to say that winning is the only thing and that if we as Network Marketeers don't play to win,why even play?

   A State University of New York survey found that men who took annual vacations reduced their risk of death by 20 percent. Men who didn’t take any vacations in five years had the highest death rate and incidence of heart disease than any other men surveyed.

   A study by Wisconsin Medical Journal found that women who took frequent vacations were less likely to become depressed, tense, or tired. Women who rarely took vacations were likelier to have stress at home and sleep less.

   I don’t have any fancy studies to back this one up, it’s just common sense. A real vacation is the ideal time to reconnect and revitalize relationships that have taken a toll from an on-call, always-on, and work-obsessed culture. My 9-hour work days and blogging duties have caused my relationships to suffer more than I’d like to admit. Yes, I too need a vacation.
4. Recapture your childhood
   When was the last time you went out and play? I mean really play. Without worry of someone calling or interrupting you. Real vacations let you recapture that feeling of childlike exploratory freedom. You can wake up when you want, go to sleep when you want, and eat what you want. Most importantly, you can have fun without worrying about the consequences on work back home.
5. Gain self confidence
   “Don’t put yourself on sale.” This is my favorite mantra from financial guru Suze Orman. While Suze’s target audience is directed to women, the advice applies to everyone. When you skip vacations, you put yourself on sale. If you have 2-weeks of paid vacation and don’t use them, you’re essentially working for free. By committing to a vacation, you declare to yourself (and to others) that you are important and deserve dedicated time for yourself.
6. Find creative inspiration
   Most of the year, we live on a schedule. We eat at the same restaurants, see the same people, and experience the same environment. This monotony reduces the opportunities for inspiration and for new ways of thinking. By traveling to a foreign environment, we put ourselves in an uncomfortable situation, and allow our brains to think differently.
7. Become more productive
   What? You can more productive by not working? Yes. By scheduling two weeks of vacation a year, you force yourself to make the other 50 weeks more efficient. Your scheduled becomes an award–a carrot. This means more incentive to eliminate distractions, work more efficiently, and get things done.

Giving Back Will Give Back.

          Often times we hear people say' "pay it forward " this is a word to give it back. If we have work hard to get what we have there are some who really believe that we can get more if we give it back. This may sound like a magic trick to some. If we give it back how does it become more? Randy Sam' is a homeless shelter in Arkansas close to the Texas side. I spent about 3 months there in the early part of 2002. I later became very successful with in my life by the middle part of 2003 by understanding that my actions where nones's problem but my own.

           A year or so later, I decided to go back to this homeless shelter to visit and let anyone there know that I wanted to help them find that inspiration that had become a big part of my life. I saw the same faces there that was there in 2002. I couldn't say anything because now I had understood thought processes and knew that they concept of living free to most people where grand. I didn't like that process so I changed.

Without going into a lot of details, I will let everyone know that I decided right then and there that I wanted to give back. I am not a very successful leader of a Restaurant and I have become a mentor of entrepreneurs across the Globe. Although, I  haven't seen or heard from anyone I use to sleep of the floor with at the homeless shelter. I can truly say that since that day I have touched the lives of so many other homeless and so thankful from this life I live.


I just wanted to share that giving back does indeed give back!

Illinois Attorney General Releases Gun Owner Names

Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan has issued a letter instructing state police to release the names of authorized gun owners in Illinois to the press, the Associated Press is reporting. State police had initially denied the AP's request for a list of Illinois residents with a Firearm Owners Identification card on the grounds that disclosing the names would violate the privacy of gun owners. The wire service explains that police officials have not indicated whether they will comply with Madigan's ruling, and that there are currently Republican-sponsored bills in the Illinois House and Senate that would prohibit disclosing this kind of information.
The news comes less than two weeks after the New York Times obtained the names of more than 37,000 people licensed to own handguns in New York City from the New York Police Department after filing a Public Records Act request and a lawsuit. The police department handed over names and ZIP codes but left out street addresses, retired police officers, and city residents with licenses for long guns like shotguns and rifles. In an article and infographic, the Times noted that its database revealed "a remarkable, if relatively small, cross-section of New Yorkers" including "boldface names" like Fox News president Roger Ailes, actor Robert De Niro, and businessman Donald Trump. The newspaper said that some of the gun owners it contacted "were irked to learn they would be included in an article based on the public records." One can only assume Illinois residents will feel the same way.

Everyone gets ask questions when they are doing something outside of the mainstream. First we must know what is a pyramid?Pyramids are monumental structure constructed of or faced with stone or brick and having a rectangular base and four sloping triangular sides meeting at an apex. Pyramids have been built at various times and places; the best-known are those of Egypt and of Central and South America.

HOWEVER, THAT IS NOT THE KIND OF PYRAMID WE ARE TALKING ABOUT RIGHT?


So What exactly is a Pyramid Scheme?

Pyramid schemes are a criminal form of investment fraud in which a large return on a small amount of money is promised, if the initial investor convinces new recruits to invest their own money in turn. The "pyramid" is built on the belief that others will continue to add their own money into the scheme. But once additional investors become scarce, the pyramid collapses and large amounts of money can be lost. Increasingly, pyramid schemes are conducted via the Internet and e-mail.

A pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model that involves promising participants payment, services or ideals, primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme or training them to take part, rather than supplying any real investment or sale of products or services to the public. Pyramid schemes are a form of fraud.
