As someone who has been around the world of affiliate marketing for close to 6 years now, I know what it takes to make money online. I started my affiliate business when I was just 26, and now at 32. I know what it is that makes a good affiliate program that can teach other's how to make money online. When people find out what I do, I get a constant barrage of questions about how they can get in on the game too. I'm not stingy with my answers. I have no problem helping others. But, with so many different affiliate programs out there, which one do I recommend? Obviously I don't have time to teach everyone else how to make money online, but there are many packages that can teach you how to make money as an affiliate marketer

Why Chose Email Marketing

Get Response Email Marketing-

What is Email Marketing? How can Email Marketing help me? Permission based? I can only send to my current clients/subscribers? How does this increase my sales?
Email marketing is one of the most effective ways to launch your product. It is direct, personal and informative on both ends. You are able to send a customer exactly what they want to hear from you. You can keep it personal by addressing them by name. And you can fill it with links and details to provide as much info, deals and resources as needed.

This last point is an interesting one. Adding links. Since Email Marketing is all digital, you can track, see where your subscribers are going, study what links they think are hot - and send them more information on what they want to hear!

There are many ways to use Email Marketing, but I'll mention two general methods:
Passive Email Marketing
This is when you send all of your past clients and current subscribers a monthly or weekly newsletter. Your main goal here is to keep your brand floating in their heads. When Joe goes up to Bob and says, "Hey Bob! I'm looking for X, do you know where I can find it?" you want Bob to fire right back with: "Yeah! I get this email every Monday! I'll forward it to you! Killer deals!"
Direct Email Marketing
A little more specific and to the point. Once your prey has finished inputting his data in your signup form... you attack! Just kidding. By creating custom fields and splitting your lists, you will know exactly what questions to ask. These questions will slide your new subscriber or customer into the right category to send them exactly what they want to hear.
Email Marketing is a tool of communication and can be used for much more. But from a sales point of view.... Well, let us know what you think! How do you use Email Marketing? Are you more Passive or Direct?

Aweber Could be the Best Email Autoresponder

I used to use a free email list service to build up my list and I spent a lot of time building up my subscriber base over a couple of years. However I got burned when the service became more and more unreliable. My newsletters wouldn’t get sent out on time, many people weren’t receiving the ones that did get sent out. It was a complete mess. Plus there was no way to migrate my list over to another service. At that point, I decided to investigate other email list services and that’s when I found AWeber.

AWeber was highly recommended by many of my blogger friends and I read many favorable AWeber reviews. In my investigations, I also was very impressed by the feature set which includes:

  • Unlimited email lists per account – Some email list providers charge you for every list you have. For someone like me with multiple lists, I like the fact that AWeber lets me create as many lists as I want.
  • Unlimited emails – I was looking to avoid services that charge per email. With AWeber, I can send out as many emails as I want.
  • Easy To Use Autoresponders – Autoresponders allow you to create a sequence of automated emails that you can send to readers. This is ideal for setting up mini courses that get sent out over your specified time period. These are great for building loyalty with your subscribers.
  • High Reliability – As I mentioned above, I would often receive tons of bounced emails and emails getting labeled as spam with my previous service. AWeber is known for its first class deliverability. It also lets you know how “spammy” your email looks so you can modify your emails to get through the spam filters.
  • Stat tracking – AWeber’s stat analytics are top notch. You can track which links in your newsletters get clicked, split test different versions of your newsletters, see what time of day your subscribers are opening your emails, and much more
  • Customer Service – AWeber is well known for its customer service. You’ll get a customer service representative that will help you out whenever you need it. If you need help, they’re on top of it
  • Free Test Drive – You can play around with AWeber yourself for a full month with the free test drive. If you don’t like it, then get your money back. It’s painless.  Try Aweber

Living the Dream .......

What is between you and your dreams? Probably one of the toughest questions to ask yourself is, “why am I not living the dream?” Do you foresee yourself starting a business or living a harmonious life in a dream city, what is stopping you? Is it lack of money? Are you waiting for next big break? I have heard every excuse in the book from people who complain about life and out of every 100 complaints, about only 1 of them was valid enough for me to not argue with them.
Nike says it, all successful entrepreneurs live it, and you are avoiding it. Stop hiding from the future and “just do it.” Stop waiting for the moment for everything to be perfect, drop your books and set up an action plan to live your dream. It may take a bit of luck along the way, but hey, the journey is what makes the goal in mind worthwhile. If things came easily, we wouldn’t appreciate anything.
Ask any entrepreneur if they waited for the opportunity to start a business or if they created the opportunity. I bet 99% of them created an opportunity from something they loved. Getting on the bike is the hardest part. Dick Costolo, founder of Feed Buner says, “the key is to just get on the bike, and the key to getting on the bike… is to stop thinking about ‘there are a bunch of reasons I might fall off’ and just hop on and peddle the thing.”
Fear of SacrificeWe all have to give up something to get to where we want. My entrepreneurial endeavors have taken a major toll on my personal life. Instead of working 8-5 and being able to spend time with friends, I work 8am-1am on my startup. Are you afraid of working hard? I don’t believe in failures, I do believe there are people who aren’t motivated because they haven’t found their calling in life. Putting everything into something we love is worth it… if we truly love it.
Fear of FailureAre you scared of your dream project failing? If you don’t get behind the wheel you will never give yourself a chance to fail. Michael Jordan was once quoted saying, “I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed.” Putting yourself out there is the sauce to the stew.
Waiting For Everything to be Perfect? The worst excuses I’ve ever heard are “the time isn’t right.” I hate to break it to you all, but the time will never be 100% perfect. There will not be a solar eclipse moment in time where the planets align, and set your business rolling. To get a successful dream accomplished, takes grind out work in inopportune times.
Keep the dream alive. Whether you are a 40 year-old mother wanting to blog or a an 18 year old college kid with hopes for Mars, the barriers to achieving our dreams are often high, but learning how to overcome barriers, truly changes the world. Our time is precious, so you shouldn’t wait. Draft up an action plan today highlighting what you are doing to live the dream.

OPPORTUNITY ........

My thoughts on this power word are them-self very power. Opportunity comes form understanding and recognizing diversity. The truth of the matter is diversity helps us focus on the most important areas in our life. Opportunitye the chance to provide meaning, fulfillment, and purpose ,which are very important to maintain a healthy and happy quality of  life.

What is Affiliate marketing

Affiliate marketing is a working relationship whereby a merchant (online shop or advertiser) has consumers driven to it by adverts on an affiliate (website). If a consumer visiting the affiliate’s site clicks on an advertisement and goes on to perform a predetermined action (usually a purchase) on the advertiser’s site then the affiliate receives a payment. This predetermined action can range from a sale to a referral, a newsletter sign-up to a click. It is this cost per action model that defines affiliate marketing and sets it apart from other channels.

Some Bucket Carriers Never Learn....

Are you a bucket carrier?  Do you work hard each day, being convinced that the only way to make money is to work hard, and yet end up each month with little to show for it?  Do you work overtime or two jobs to try to make more money?  Do you work nights and weekends, being convinced that doing so will lead to a bigger paycheck and financial security?
Or are you a doctor or a lawyer with a nice car and a fancy McMansion, who takes lavash trips each year, yet still has large balances on your credit cards which never seem to get paid off?  Do you dine at all of the fanciest restaurants, yet never seem to have the cash to pay for the air conditioner when it breaks, or have no money saved up for college tuition for your children?  Maybe you make $200,000 per year and yet only have $30,000 in your retirement account with retirement only 10 years off.  If you lost your job, got hit by a bus, fell ill and were unable to work, had a spouse get sick and needed to take time off to take care of her/him, how many months could you go before the creditors started calling and your car was repossessed?  Could you keep your home if you were out of work for a year?
Maybe you make a good income and give a bit to your local church, but would like to do more.  What if your neighbors lost their house in a fire – would you be able to really help them get back on their feet?  Do you have the cash to put them in a hotel for a few weeks while they sort things out?  With all of the money that goes through your hands each month, do you keep enough to really make a difference, or does it all seem to disappear?
Burke Hedge’s The Parable of the Pipeline  explains the issue.  Chances are you are a bucket carrier.  Don’t feel bad – most people are bucket carriers.  We live in a bucket carrier society.  We are taught that you must carry buckets day after day, go to school to learn to be bucket carriers, aspire to carry bigger buckets, and carry more buckets if we want to earn more money.  While you are young you can carry many buckets, day and night if needed.  You spend day after day carrying buckets, trying to get ahead, yet every night you use up all of the water and have nothing to show for all of your effort but an empty bucket in the morning.
We are all a society of broke bucket carriers – that is the norm.  We carry buckets all our lives, breaking our backs and wearing ourselves out until we are nothing but shells.  If we get injured and are no longer able to carry buckets, we may lose our income, our possessions, our spouses, and our children.
But there is another way to get water and not be bucket carriers all of our lives – actually there are two.  Both take work and sacrifice.  Both require that we forego enjoying some of that water, because water is cash, and cash is the time that you put in carrying buckets which you can trade for whatever you want.  Will you trade it for useless things that are gone in a year or a week or a night, or invest it such that you won’t need to always be carrying buckets?
The first way to stop from being a bucket carrier is to do as described in the parable and build a pipeline.  Trade some of your water – the cash you received for your labor – for assets.  Things that will provide income for you that you do not need to work to generate.  Things that will pay you money when you are sick or retired or on vacation. Things like stocks, real estate, or bonds.
At first the other bucket carriers will make fun of you.  They will be driving a nicer car, be buying a nicer house, be going on nicer vacations.  They will be eating out while you are bringing in your lunch.  They will be wearing fancy new clothes while you get the most out of each outfit.  They will be going to the bars each friday night while you sit at home (or maybe are even out working a second job delivering pizzas).
But you will be building your pipeline.  Buying up shares of stocks a few hundred dollars at a time from each paycheck.  Putting away money for retirement in your 401k account or saving up money to pay cash for a modest house.
With time your income will exceed that of the bucket carriers around you since you will have both your assets paying you money and your job.  You will be able to buy some of the things they are buying, but you’ll buy them with cash rather than credit and loans.  You will be able to use the water from your pipeline which you can receive at the turning of a vale to start building more pipelines.  Each new pipeline will be easier to build since you’ll be using the water from the pipelines before it to fund it.
The second way to avoid being a bucket carrier all of your life is to spend some of your time building the well.  Provide the source of the water for others (start a business) and then have each of the bucket carriers you employ provide you with some of the water they carry.  The more bucket carriers you have gathering water from your well, the more water you will receive in return.  In the end you will have provided thousands of people  with the opportunity to gather water for themselves and enriched yourself at the same time.
So the choice is yours.  Spend all of your energy gathering water and using it each day.  Live your whole life as a bucket carrier.  Or lay a pipeline or build the well.  After an initial monumental effort you’ll have all of the water you need without ever needing to go to the well again.  But first, you’ll need to stop being normal.
